How do I receive a digital ticket?

Obtain a digital ticket when you purchase a qualifying product at any participating Rutter's location and swipe your registered VIP Rutter’s Rewards Card.

Why am I getting a CSRF token message?

This problem usually occurs because the web browser on your computer or device is probably outdated.

Here is all you need to do:

  1. Download an Up to Date Web Browser. We suggest either:
    Google Chrome
    Or Mozilla Firefox
  2. Follow the instructions on either of those links to download the browser and install on your computer.
  3. In your new web browser, go to www.ruttersummer.com and then click on Sign-up to create an account or if you have already signed up.

I don’t have an email address, how do I sign up?

There are many free email services available on the Internet. We recommend MSN Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail. Follow the links to set up a new email account and then visit Rutters.com to become a VIP member.

What is a qualifying purchase?

Qualifying purchases are specially marked items (found at participating Rutter's locations). You must have a registered VIP Rutter’s Rewards Card in order to play and win prizes in the contest.

How do I receive a digital ticket without making a purchase?

Obtain a digital ticket without making a purchase by sending a 3” x 5” card legibly printed together with your name, your registered VIP Rutter’s Rewards Card number and your email address, to "Rutter's Summer Digital Ticket Request”, 600 Main Street, #300, Tonawanda, NY 14151-0888. Requests must be received by September 27, 2020. Limit one digital game ticket per request; one request per outer mailing envelope.

Why didn’t I receive my digital ticket via email?

You must subscribe to receive email communications during your VIP member registration process in order to receive your Digital ticket. If you have not subscribed to receive emails and wish to play the Digital Game, you must reach out to Customer Support at gamemaster@rutterssummer.com. If you still do not receive your Digital ticket via email, you can access via our contest website by .

How do I sign-up for a VIP Rutter’s Rewards Card?

Visit a participating Rutter's location and you can obtain a Rutter's Card in store. Once you have a card, visit Rutters.com to become a VIP member. Allow up to two days in order to start receiving your digital tickets after becoming a VIP.

How do I know if I’m an Online Winner?

If you are drawn in the online contest you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed our online registration form to SIGN-UP. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact any winner.

How do I redeem my instant prize?

If you open your digital ticket and reveal an instant win prize message, your prize will automatically be loaded onto your VIP Rutter’s Rewards Card. To redeem, visit a participating Rutter's location, pick-up the product and bring to checkout. Then use your VIP membership when checking out to receive your prize.

I am unable to login to the Rutter’s Summer contest website.

What are online entries?

Select digital tickets will reveal a message stating that you have received two (2), three (3), five (5), ten (10) or twenty-five (25) online entries for a chance to win in our Sweepstakes.

A captcha is a security feature on our web page. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.

What are some important dates to remember?

  • Last day to make a qualifying transaction to receive a digital game ticket: September 27, 2020
  • Last day to receive digital tickets: September 28, 2020
  • Last day to open digital game tickets and claim any collect to win prizes: October 5, 2020
  • Last day to redeem instant prizes in-store: October 12, 2020
